Trail Run (Saturday Morning)

The trail run has two options, 6km and 12km, and is open to everyone. There will be two water stations on course. The event will be timed, and cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 female and male competitors in each distance. Course info can be found here.

Amateur XCO Using The Boston Rebellion UCI Pro Course (Saturday Mid-Day)

New for 2017 is an Olympic format XC using the Pro Course. The Olympics, World Cups and all C1 and higher UCI races use a shorter course that must be between 4km and 6km. On Saturday, we will provide non-UCI racers the ability to race on the same course as the Pros. There are two race categories to pick from, A and B, and both races will do 2 laps. You may receive technical assistance and place spare wheels in the feed/tech zones if you’d like. Course info can be found here.

Boston Rebellion US CUP UCI Elite/Pro XCO (Saturday Afternoon)

Complete 2017 Boston Rebellion US CUP UCI HC Race information can be found in the tech guide here. Course info can be found here. There is no day of registration for the Elite/Pro XCO race! You must hold a UCI Elite/Pro license to race this race.

Amateur Cross Country - Part of Root 66 Series and The Kenda Cup East Finale (Sunday Morning)

The 2017 Barn Burner course has been shortened to 6.2 miles. For 2017 the first 2.5 miles has less twists and turns, and there are a few new sections that will provide more passing opportunities, but don’t worry, it’s still mostly single track. We expect most Experts class riders will finish in under 2hrs, most Sport class riders to finish in under 1hr 40 minutes, and most beginners to finish around 1hr. This year the course runs clockwise again and a GPX file can be found here.

THIS EVENT IS PART OF THE ROOT 66 SERIES - PLEASE USE YOUR ROOT 66 NUMBER PLATE FOR THE XC RACE. If you need a number plate please register for one here

Amateur Short Track (Sunday Afternoon)

The Amateur Short Track will take place on the same course as the Professional Short Track. It is .8 miles long and runs clockwise. Each race will run 20-25 minutes, and lap totals will be determined based on the first two laps of each race. Course info can be found here. There is a women’s race and a men’s race and it’s open to any non-Pro rider.

Professional Short Track Race (Sunday Afternoon)

The professional short track race will use the same course as the amateur short track and offer racing for Professional Men and Professional Women. Race times will be 20minutes plus 2 laps. The registration fee is $36, and cash will be paid 5 deep. The cash purse will depend on the number of entrants, with $30 from each entry going toward the total cash purse and then split evenly between the men and women. (the other $6 will be used for the insurance and timing costs). The STXC course can be found here.

The Pro STXC cash purse will be split 45% - 25% - 15% - 10% - 5%.
